Individual Therapy

Individual therapy designed to help you build a life you love

A tailored space just for you

At some point, we all feel stuck. Maybe you’re caught in familiar patterns, struggling to communicate, sensing that something needs to shift — but unclear where to start. You might be navigating anxiety, relationship issues, identity questions, or a sense of disconnection from yourself. Individual therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and make meaningful changes.

Our experienced therapists offer thoughtful, customized care. We’ll help you gain clarity around what’s keeping you stuck and collaborate with you to chart a path forward—tailored to your needs, goals, and pace.

Therapy is a chance to get to know yourself on a deeper level. Together, we’ll explore how past experiences and relationships have shaped the way you see yourself and move through the world. As you begin to understand those patterns, you’ll also learn how to shift them — building emotional resilience, quieting negative self-talk, improving communication, and reconnecting with what matters most.

Many of the individuals we work with are outwardly high-functioning, yet privately overwhelmed. You may be moving through a major life transition or just feeling drained by the effort it takes to keep things going. Whatever brings you here, you’re not alone. Therapy offers a grounded, compassionate space to make sense of what you're feeling — and take steps toward feeling more present, confident, and connected.

Through this work, our clients begin to break free from old narratives and create lives that feel more aligned with who they are. We’d be honored to help you do the same.

how it works

We provide emotionally attuned, depth-oriented therapy designed to foster meaningful, lasting change. Our licensed clinicians integrate a variety of evidence-based approaches — drawing from psychodynamic and attachment-based theories, cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness practices, and parts work (IFS), among others. Rather than applying one-size-fits-all solutions, we tailor our work to your unique history, needs, and goals.

Together, we explore the deeper roots of what’s keeping you stuck — whether it’s unresolved trauma, entrenched patterns, or old wounds that still impact how you think, feel, and relate. Along the way, we offer tools that are both insightful and practical — supporting your growth not just in sessions, but in the everyday moments of your life.

Our clients often find that through this work, they begin to understand themselves more fully, break free from reactive cycles, and connect with others in healthier, more fulfilling ways.

We believe healing is possible — and that you don’t have to do it alone. Change takes courage, but you’re not meant to carry it all by yourself. Therapy can be the place where something new begins.

Got questions?

  • You can expect my full presence in our sessions. I do not direct our sessions or come with an agenda. My clients bring in whatever is on their mind, or challenges and reflections that have come up in the past week. I will help you make connections, gain insight, and consider different perspectives. When needed I will gently challenge your narrative to make room for a different way of thinking or relating to a person or experience. Over time, you will begin to think and feel differently and see changes in your daily life.

I also know how important it is to start feeling relief fast, so from the first time we meet I’ll support you in developing practical tools to help you better manage your symptoms.

  • Getting to know you and your story is an important part of the therapeutic process. During the first few sessions we will talk through your history, from childhood to the present, as well as begin exploring what is bringing you into therapy now. As I work from a trauma-informed psychodynamic and attachment perspective, this context will help us connect the dots to learn how your past is impacting your present.

  • While this is unique to each person, the kind of therapy I do is an investment - but it is an investment in yourself and your life. It is not a quick fix and many individuals are in therapy with me for six months or longer. This is because we are doing deeper work to create real, lasting change. My clients change the way they view themselves, show up in their relationships, and relate to the world around them. This kind of work does take time, but I promise it is worth it.

My goal is to also ensure that you are leaving each session with something concrete to put into practice so you can begin to feel better soon - whether it is a tool or skill to better manage anxiety, a way to communicate more effectively, set a healthier boundary, or speak to yourself differently.

  • In order to protect the unique therapeutic relationship, I am unable to see clients both for individual and couples therapy. If you are interested in working with me but need both individual and couples, please reach out for a consultation so we can assess what service would be best for you. I am happy to provide referrals to trusted colleagues for additional services.
