Who I help:
I help adult individuals and families who are navigating relational trauma, life transitions, and the impact of growing up in unstable or unsafe environments. Many of my clients are adults working to break cycles of trauma, and parents who want to show up differently for their children. I also work with people seeking support for anxiety, depression, and the stressors of daily life. My work is LGBTQ+ affirming, and I welcome clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and identities.
How I help:
I take a trauma-informed and relational approach, drawing from evidence-based practices and somatic work. My focus is to help you build peace within yourself and in your relationships by making sense of your experiences, noticing patterns, and practicing new ways of being. I believe healing happens when you feel safe, understood, and empowered to connect with your authentic self. Together, we’ll slow down, explore, and create space for both reflection and growth.
What my clients say about working with me:
Clients describe me as warm, authentic, and collaborative. I bring both depth and lightness into the room, there will be space for humor, compassion, and honest reflection. My role is not just to listen, but to walk alongside you, offering insight and helping you consider things in new ways.
My Background:
As a bilingual Spanish-speaking therapist, my career has taken me from community organizations and advocacy spaces to outpatient therapy clinics. I’ve worked at various organizations supporting teens, students adults and couples as they navigated trauma, identity, and major life transitions. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with immigrant families, survivors of trauma, and LGBTQ+ individuals. With a passion for helping clients heal from relational trauma, I provide therapy that centers compassion, resilience, and cultural humility.
